Why health and wellness? Why is this so important? This questions hits sometimes but this questions has to be answered properly because it’s a very common and delicate topic on internet. Now days everyone is suffering from health issues either it’s major health issues or minor health issues, but it’s very true that every single person is trapped in this!!
This topic needs a proper discussion as it’s very serious and sensitive thing. A person should take care of himself/herself because in today’s world if your have health you have wealth.
Now what we are going to explore?
1. Fitness:
“Health is the greatest gift, contentment the greatest wealth, faithfulness the best relationship.” –

It’s truly said that fitness is very important, now days people are getting obese which causes serious deadly diseases like heart disease, some cancers,including diabetes.
So it’s so important to control obesity. It also distroys mental peace and it’s a fact.
There are many ways to be fit~
You must include a good diet which includes fruits and veggies with full of high fiber, vitamins, minirals and you must avoid junk food , oily food and food contains white flour.
You must exercise daily, u can do yoga, running, jogging, drink lemon tea(in winters you can have one spoon honey with luke warm water).

Hurryyy!!! Your time is running. From now start living healtier life and secure your life for better and good.
Give your fitness a motive so can work on it by your soul and heart. And if sometimes you loose hope just remember who you are!! And why you started.

2. Nutrition:
What is nutrition? Why it is needed? Do junk food also contains nutrition?
Simple answer to this question is nutrition is process of taking and obtaining nutrients that our body needed for a healthy body and healthy life. It’s is very essential need of all living beings. Proteins, fats, vitamins are very important to regulate physiological processes in our body. Junk food is not acceptable to maintain good health because junk food never ever contains good source of nutrition.


Think before you eat….
- Just never ever forget your health.
- Eat green veggies, lots of fruits and have vegan diet.
- Drink lots and lots of water.
3. Mental Health:
“Mental health is not a joke. It’s not something to be ashamed of. And it’s not something you should hide. It’s a part of who you are, and there’s nothing wrong with taking care of your mental health.” –

Mental health and wellness is priceless. There are many types of emotions like sadness, happiness , anger, and fear. Sometimes we supress our feelings because there is no one that can understand ourselves, so you can also visit a mental health professional as they listen properly and this can lead our mind to peace. Sometimes break ups, or family problems can create mess in mind and can lead to depression and anxiety. We must love ourselves!
Ther is no one powerful thing more than a peace full mind.

Start meditation, yoga and connect to spiritually to higher selfs. It will boost your inner power and mental health. Happy mind leads to good health, work on your mental health. Try to avoid sad and horror movies. Read books and watch imformative things in social media. Cut off negetive people, and welcome positive ones in your life.

Start your day with a good tea but without suger!
Find love in yourself and dedicate your free time to yourself for good and gorgeous version of yourself. Dedicate yourself to your health. Reduce stress be happy.
4. Self Care:

Love for ourselves and only ourselves can lead to a successful life. If you love your self no one can make you feel low.

Is selfcare is being selfish? Selfcare is only related to mental health?
Slef care is not being selfish it’s just loving yourself for growth and better health. Self care is not only related to mental health it also include physical health. Maintain your physical healthby cleaning yourself and by dressing decently. Take care of. Your pubic areas as well.
